    Casablanca 2014 - maintenant Established demand plan for 200 SKU’s based on sales forecasts and historical customer demand and communicated these schedules to the DSP & MRP team.

    Casablanca 2012 - 2014 •Constantly monitors the evolution of import regulations in Morocco and informs management in case of any impact of new regulations on the business.
    • Provided marketing and sales information on product availability, short dated and slow moving items to take appropriate actions
    • Ensure a 7 days clearance lead times for finished goods and 10 days for raw materials with 25% saving on storage/demurrage costs.
    • Obtained spare parts for the group in Maghreb and followed up the arrival of the goods to Nestlé factories.
    • Followed up and coordinated with the financial dept the process of issuing and renewing credit letters (LC’S) and invoice payments paid to the suppliers on time.
