  • Airbus Group - Continuous Improvement Trainee

    Blagnac 2015 - 2015 On the assembly unit, I managed 3 Lean Manufacturing deployment projects, implementing the Lean 5 principles (PULL, FLOW, TAKT, ZERO VARIATION, RESPONSIBILITY) and Lean tools (5S, PPS, TPM, VM and SOI).
    Project1: design and implementation of a new management system within the assembly line for the metrological equipment.
    Project 2: design & optimize toolboxes for A320, A330, A380 and 400M production teams.
    Project3: consumption analyses for cutting tools in order to set up two production supply points’ capacities.

  • SIDILEC - Stagiaire support qualité

    2014 - 2014 Attached to the quality department, I worked with a multidisciplinary team on the AEB project: the installation of a new production line for 8 new electrical wiring references.

  • SOPAL - Stagiaire support maintenance

    2013 - 2013 I joined the Maintenance service team that helped me to apply and develop my technical and practical TPM knowledge and Skills.
