* Plan, organize and manage the manufacturing and maintenance operations in order to ensure the most effective return on assets;
* Initiative plans and processes to minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital;
* Ensuring business objectives and production schedule while guaranteeing production and quality standards;
* Designing manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports the company STP (Strategic Master Plan); ;
