Responsible for the strategy, production, engineering, industrial development, auto-projecting, procurement/purchasing/logistics, financial supervision and HR areas in an industrial complex that has the capacity to manufacture 1400 vehicles/day and that employed over 5000 workers.
    4 main goals achieved during the period of this responsibility:
    - Plant's capacity duplication (from 22 to 45 vehicles per hour) managing a budget of 120 millions of investment;
    - Launch of three new models (Citroën C3, Peugeot 208 and Peugeot 2008);
    - Implementation of PSA Lean Production System and organization;
    - 25% of productivity in plant's annual costs, achieved in 3 years (with an equivalent production rate);
