    2014 - 2016 As Venue Protocol Manager at the Rio 2016 Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games I coordinated the Venue Protocol Operations planning across 40 competition venues in agreement with 30 functional areas. Also I assisted the enrolment, selection and training of 100 paid staff and 1500 protocol volunteers. During the Games I managed 50 volunteers and operated in 11 competition venues.
