I obtained my PhD in molecular aspects of biology at Strasbourg University (France) under the supervision of Professor Dino MORAS (IGBMC).
I completed my Postdoctoral experience in Structural Biology in the Gene Center, LMU, Munich (Germany) as well as in The Scripps Research Institute (San Diego, US). I am currently involve in R & D projects related to cancer therapeutics (France). I have a strong background in biochemistry, molecular and cell biology and a significant interest for molecular medicine.
Expertise in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, Cryo-Electron Microscopy and X-ray crystallography.
- Biochemistry of small polypeptides, large protein complexes, nucleic acids/ proteins complexes as well as monoclonal antibodies.
- Expertise in Protein expression in E.coli, yeast, insect cells and human cells.
- Strong background in Structure/Function investigation of transcription regulation and DNA repair systems (Molecular Basis of Cancer).
