  2014 - maintenant I'm working with career development of PhD:s at the international level, in projects involving especially collaborations between Germany and France.

• Institut Curie - Postdoctoral fellow

  PARIS 5 2012 - 2014 * Setting up of mammalian cell culture, which was a new model system for myself as for my team.
  * Development of a protocol to visualise mitochondria in living human cells of standardised shape and size. I published the techniques in Method Cell. Biol. (2013).
  * Organisation of scientific, career choice and networking events in my role as secretary at the ADIC (Association of PhD students and young Post-Docs of the Institut Curie).
  * Training and managing of two interns.

• CNRS - Researcher in biochemistry

  Paris 2011 - 2011 During this short contract, I finalised my PhD work, which led to a publication in J Biol Chem. (2011) under the title "IQGAP1 is a calmodulin-regulated barbed end capper of actin filaments: possible implications in its function in cell migration."

• CNRS - Junior biochemistry researcher, PhD studies

  Paris 2006 - 2011 Interaction of two proteins (actin and IQGAP1) involved in tumorigenesis.
  
  * Cloning, overexpression and purification of the protein IQGAP1, surmounting real technical challenges posed by its size and insolubility.
  * Purification of other proteins from tissues or bacterial overexpression
  * Affinity and functional tests of protein interactions, determining IQGAP1's biochemical properties, and invalidating an earlier published hypothesis. Publication of the results in J. Biol. Chem. (2011)
  * Presentation of my results at an international conference (EMBO lecture course, 2010)
  * Writing of successful funding applications (MRT and ARC).

• CNRS - Engineer in biochemistry, internship

  Paris 2005 - 2006 Finalisation of a project, aiming to better understand the properties of a labelled protein (actin) of known structure:
  
  * Biochemistry experiments: labelling of proteins with fluorophores, activity tests of the protein (actin) in different conditions.
  * Analysis of experimental results.
  * Publication in a peer-reviewed journal (J. Biol. Chem. 2006).
