    Paris 2011 - maintenant - Web analyst : my job is to provide to all members of the team visibility on the web site's performance (from trafic to commercial event through the performance of the product assortment).

    ‌• Set up and delivery of insightful dashboards to monitor site performance (trafic and merchandising) to obtain a perfect understanding of user behaviour.
    ‌• Provide analysis and recommendations for on-site evolutions as well as off-site ones to optimize conversion.
    ‌• Overall responsability to conduct ad’hoc analysis

    => As a key position within the organisation I am directly reporting in the management meeting and i am integrated at the earliest stage of all major kick-off meeting (evolution of the website, commercial event, etc).


    - Site merchandiser : My goal is to highlight the product assortment to increase sales.

    ‌• Effectively merchandise products on both Laredoute sweden and Norway across Endeca platform.
    ‌• In charge of the product selection for : email, home page, eshop and mail order.
    ‌• Work closely with the web plan manager to optimize and present a unified storefront to the customer
    ‌• Work closely with the studio to create side-wide promotional campaigns
    ‌• Analyze results of the merchandising

    - Projects :
    ‌• Launch of a new website via Endeca
    ‌• Audit and improvement of the ranking strategy for the Nordic website
    ‌• Implementation of new features (internal search engine autocompletion, guided navigation optimisation, push product, website UI,etc)

    2010 - 2011 - Create and analyse 4 reports & e-merchandising dashboard (daily, weekly, monthly)

    - Involve in marketing project and their testing :
    ‌• Release of the new : product, login and basket page

    ‌• Netlinking
    ‌• Meta title optimization : writing of meta title. Richsnippet implementation

    - Web Merchandising :
    ‌• Analyze e-merchandising dashboard and make actionable recommendations
    to the E-shop team
