  Maintain records of site activities and check EPC Contractor records for accuracy.
  
  Carry out inspection, surveillance witnessing of contractor activities, ensuring records are maintained, including as-built data
  
  Monitor site activities for potential contractual / claims problems
  
  Provide technical support for the mechanical completion and pre-commissioning phase of the project.
  
  Ensure follow up and execution by EPC Contractor of the mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities.
  
  Provide technical support during the commissioning and start-up phase of the project in compliance with the terms of contract, quality and schedule and good practice of commissioning and start up standards.
  

• OMV - Senior Electrical Engineer

  Paris 2013 - 2016 Provide technical support for Electrical system engineering design of the plants equipment,
  design reviews, evaluations and safety studies.
  Prepare functional specifications for any modification/replacements in the area of electrical
  system.
  Ensure technical integrity of the power generation and distribution systems.
  Review applicable maintenance procedures and maintenance costs to improve the
  equipment effectiveness.
  
  Support the development of projects contracts scopes of work supply, tender documents,
  selection of vendors and contractors, training programs for projects, project completion,
  close out and lessons learned report.
  Review and approve, within the set level of authority, Electrical Design deliverables
  developed by FEED and EPC Contractors for on-going projects and contracts: Electrical design
  specifications, data sheets, diagrams, bill of materials, drawings, layouts, calculation,
  procedures or any other document within the Electrical Engineering responsibility.

• Perenco - Commissioning Electrical Engineer (Ashtart Brown Field Revamp Project - Tunisia)

  Paris 2010 - 2013 Participate for the Preparation and the execution of commissioning activities pertaining to project phases (pre-shutdown and shutdown activities), prepare general procedures for commissioning and energizing, ensure compliance with project specifications, commissioning group procedures and OperCom procedures and Specifications, Mark Up/ Red Line SLDs and Loop drawings for planning and commissioning dossiers, prepare Electrical operational and test procedures & FTSs, review mechanical OTPs to ensure correctly defined energization and sequencing is established, report progress, delays or constraints to the Commissioning manager, identify resources for assistance and support Vendors/Sub-Contractors as required, take part in meetings with project team and assist develop Construction work scopes, participate and assist the development of screens with Construction to meet Startup sequencing,
