• Subsidiary set –up: Administrative / legal opening of the subsidiary, office location research, followed up the office rebuilding and furnishing
• Organization of the successful official office launch event to the French Press
• Budget and accounting management
• Establishing the development and PR strategies for the office opening
• Establishing personalized PR strategies and development of our clients
• Day-to-Day contact with journalists and fashion editors. Targeting magazines in function of client’s communication and commercial strategies (image building, consumer oriented, social groups etc.)
• Optimizing “shopping’s “
• Organisation of Press days and events
• Editing Press releases and news letters
• Coordinating the creation of various press tools for the clients and the office: event invitations, look book shootings and printings, greeting cards, developing the “Press Room” in French for the POLHEM internet site etc.
• Regular contact with printers, art directors, photographers, layout designers etc.
• Contact with potential distributors
• Reporting PR activity results on monthly bases to clients and CEO
