  • Dyson - European Marketing Coordinator for B2B products

    Paris 2007 - 2009 • Defined and implemented the marketing strategy for a new product (Dyson Airblade™ hand dryer) into a new category throughout Europe, focusing on France, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Spain
    • Maintained a month by month activity plan before launch, ensuring that this was fully integrated and within budget
    • Became the lead contact for the EU launches with RDD, PR, legal, competitor intelligence, graphics team and sales directors in countries
    • Worked with sales teams in each market, attending key account meetings and helping to secure listings for the product
    • Once launched, worked with territories and marketing director to develop annual marketing strategies and plans to maximise success of Airblade in Europe
    • Allocated annual EU marketing budget between the 5 countries and managed every country's budget
    • Supported local sales teams in building new strong relationship with sales partner. Developed arguments and sales tools, defined co-marketing activities and participated in negotiations

    Paris 2005 - 2007 • Coordinated launch of new SKUs to renew offer and increase presence in store, ultimately making Dyson N°1 brand in value, and one of the SKU N°1 product in volume and value
    • Defined and followed-up annual marketing budget (~700K€ excl. advertising and overheads)
    • Analyzed retail panel (GFK) and category panel (IFR), tailoring global guidelines to the local market
    • Tested, analyzed and implemented a new merchandising concept for the category, that enhanced visibility and awareness of brand, and increased sales in volume by 10%
    • Originated and led the new trade fair stand for Dyson France: defined needs, briefed and selected agency, searched for differentiating actions
    • Conducted a mystery shopper campaign, with post-analysis and recommendation of short and mid-term actions to business development teams
