• PharmD, PhD, MSc with several years experience in translational R&D, from discovery/preclinical to Proof of Concept, with specific expertise in Clinical Pharmacology
• Various experience including hands-on bench work, design of early clinical studies including FIM SAD/MAD and coordination of the design and the implementation of Clinical Development strategies
• Expertise in pharmacology, PK/PD, molecular and cellular biology, genetics/genomics and in various techniques, especially towards target/biomarker identification and validation
• R&D project management experience in different contexts (pharmaceutical industry, academia/industry collaborative venture)
• International experience in various contexts and structures, fluent in english (good german, french: native language)
• Rigourousness, analysis, multi-tasking, prioritising as well as written/oral communcation skills
• Interpersonal communication (relationships) skills, self-motivation, dynamism and enthusiasm but pragmatism, ability to quickly adapt and work under tight timelines
