  • SAUDI OGER - Senior Cost Controller

    Riyadh 2011 - maintenant RPC (Riyadh Production Center) manages 2 sites with 5 business units and a workforce of 1800 employees. In 2010, it lost an operating profit of 60Millions SAR over a income of 620 Millions SAR.

    My mission is to reorganize the Cost Control Department, to ensure better KPI control, to control cost price, product margin and the overall profitability in 2011 as per US GAAP.

    - Reorganization of Cost Control Department (7 employees)
    - Monthly billings, receivable and payable management, stocks reconciliation, accounting foreclosure
    - Downsizing manpower plan, business plan over 5 years, activity reforecast and reconciliation, KPI, overheads management
    - Investment plan, cost price control
    - Demobilization / mobilization of RPC (Budget: 44 Millions SAR)

    In 2011, RPC complete the year with an operating profit 7.3 Millions SAR and 580 employees with an income of 244 Millions SAR.
