    Villeurbanne 2007 - 2008 Supervise HR, finance and administration of 12 agencies
    Set up and track Regional HR Analytics (head-count) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the global strategy and budget
    Liaise with Legal department to provide labour law advise, negociate with labor relations board and handle claims
    Conduct audit across Region to ensure compliance with the Group strategy
    Act as a Change Ambassador, coordinate and deliver training for permanent employees within the department (55 people) and at a regional level (65 sites, 250 people)
