    • Developed of a microfluidic microreactor used to synthesize radiolabeled biomarkers in collaboration with Siemens.
    • Early pancreatic cancer detection project in collaboration with the USCF Cancer Center.
    • Study of the molecular genetics of response, progression, and relapse in human leukemia, in collaboration with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle.
    • Initiated and managed new academic collaborations (UCSF, Stanford, Caltech).
    • Participant to the patent committee.
    • Management, hiring and training of new team members.
    • Authored more than 20 invention disclosures on chip design, fabrication processes and applications.
    • Authored 6 patent applications.
