Responsible for the interface between home office and construction site. Control of the material and equipment deliveries on site following project schedule & milestones, for STOLT OFFSHORE, in Nanterre (France).

Detail design
- Raytheon, Ingerop Litwin representative in the client’s office in Shanghai. Hydrogen Peroxide Project for ASHP (joint venture between Totalfina and Shanghai Coking) Shanghai (CHINA).
The assignment contained the design and construction project monitoring from the same plant accomplished by Litwin in turn key contract in Leuna, (GERMANY).
Construction
- Safety procedures setting. Subcontractors control. Erection and licensor modification follow up. Subcontracts and claims management. Mechanical acceptance Site assistant manager, and piping team manager.
