I am an enthusiastic, creative and hard working consultant who found his professional path during an internship at IBM. After my internship I was offered a job at IBM in financial consulting. I enjoy working with clients, on a team of professionals and I would like to continue gaining more experience in the financial sector.
My Goals :
- Helping to transform clients' businesses by creating strategic value from IT (Information Technology) and enabling operational excellence between business and IT
- Assisting clients to develop a vision and blueprint for the future, shaping and delivering finance transformation programmes, or implementing financial controls and technology improvements
My Experience and skills :
- Design and deliver projects that include organizational assessment, change management, job and competency analysis, assessment validation, performance measurement and management, research design and data analysis, interpretation and presentation of results
- Complete full project life cycles with an IT focus
- Work in a consulting organization with a customer-facing role
- Apply formal IT methods and tools in less structured environments
- Define and decide on own work objectives and priorities
- Perform a delivery role on projects that improved technology performance
- Manage IT projects with offshore delivery
