    Supervision d'une équipe encadrante (1 ingénieur de travaux, 1 conducteur de travaux, 1 apprenti) et de 20 entreprises sous-traitantes (30-50 compagnons)

    • Missions principales :

    ➢ Assurer la responsabilité technique, humaine et budgétaire du projet
    ➢ Assurer la gestion budgétaire et le suivi de la marge opérationnelle
    ➢ Etablir les cahiers des charges et appels d’offre des entreprises sous-traitantes
    ➢ Négocier les devis de tous les corps d’états
    ➢ Gérer avec réactivité les dérives et analyser au plus vite les impacts sur le planning, les coûts et la qualité des prestations
    ➢ Planifier l’exécution des travaux
    ➢ Définir les choix techniques, les processus et les méthodologies de construction
    ➢ Superviser l’avancement physique du projet sur le terrain
    ➢ Assurer la gestion des travaux restants pour les entreprises sous-traitantes en respectant les jalons majeurs du projet (Mise en eau, mise sous tension, essais fonctionnels, réception, livraison client)
    ➢ Gérer la logistique en matériel/matériaux du projet
    ➢ Assurer la satisfaction client en respectant les exigences de délais, coûts et qualité
    ➢ Garantir la sécurité des compagnons

    Résultats : Diminution des couts et optimisation de la marge tout en maintenant un haut niveau qualitatif et des délais maitrisés
