    . Establishment of a new dynamic and building the confidence of the teams to strengthen the company after a crisis period. Meeting in small groups and later presentation of the strategy to 450 staff,
     External Relations: Meetings with shareholders, Chairman of the BoD, key clients (Coca Cola, Vinci, World Bank, Embassy (USA, Australia, and France)…), consultants, and investors.

    . Member of the BoD and the Excom with a global vision of the company and a strong business vision. Support of the financial management in the strategy of the company
    . Set up the finance system for subsidiaries in Laos and Myanmar, Harmonization of procedures for the group (IFRS, Contracting Revenue Recognition...)
     Treasury and funding (7 staffs):
    . Daily management of a positive cash flow despite the lack of cash,
    . Negotiating with banks to obtain banking facilities (BG, LC, Loans ...),
    . Meetings with more than 40 banks and investment funds (Meetings in Singapore every 2 months, Bangkok ...).
     Searching new shareholders:
    . Preparation of the sales project with PWC, and setting up the data room,
    . Presentation of Company overview and negotiation with potential buyers.
     Procurement (30 staffs):
    . Purchase of equipment for more than $ 45 MUS per year. Implementation of framework contracts with main suppliers.
