  • Sanofi - Data Scientist Life Sciences

    Paris 2010 - 2014 Analysis of High throughput transcriptomic studies from AFFYMETRIX microarray with R, STRING,and other third party softwares for datamining, pathway enrichments, biological proccess hypothesis. Strong knowledge in NGS (trained at the EBI - Cambridge UK) for RNA-Seq and Variant Calling analysis, using Linux based open source tools (bowtie, tophat, cufflink, HTSeq) and Bioconductor.
  • Sanofi - Transcriptomic IT Solution Project Leader

    Paris 2010 - 2012 Project Leader in the development of a bioinformatic tool for low density array qPCR analysis (mRNA or miRNA) transcriptomic analysis platforms, from conceptualization trough development The tool was created to follow in house analysis protocol to be used by non-bioinformaticians in term of analysis flexibility and accessibility. The layout is a full analytic process for quality control to differencially regulated genes statistically relevant in using a user friendly interface.
  • Sanofi - Molecular Biologist/Bioanalyst

    Paris 1999 - 2010 Set up the qPCR transcriptomic platform and analysis to support research evidence and to validate microarray data from differentially regulated genes. Identification of in house synthetic drug mecanism. RNA, DNA and proteins, extraction, RT PCR, Northern, Southern and Western blot, immunohistochemistry assays, cell culture as well as fonctionnal tests for drug activity evaluation.
