• Adhesives formulation and characterization (reactivity, adhesion, stability, mechanical properties)
• State of the art, literature, technical watch of competitors and market trends
• Laboratory technicians management: workload organization (ranking of priorities,
testing conditions), technical review of results, development plan
• Technical support to pilot and production for scale-up phase
• Technical meeting with raw material suppliers
• Regular communication with projects stakeholders: technical support, manufacturing,
marketing, sales, purchasing, R&D, product managers, EHS, REACH
