OPERATIONS
* Fully manage day-to-day operations of the 10 members of the Support and Credit Note team including effective people management, 1:1 objectives, personal development plans.
* Support the operation of 35 invoice executives and ensure all issues are solved to be able to process the documents within 24h
* Implement standard processes and wows, incl. training the team members in all aspects of GSKE activities (SOPs, CN/DN credit notes and business procedures)

* Produce updated KPIs and month end reports highlighting, responding and escalating performance / volume issues to line manager
* Initiate and support any Operational Excellence Initiative impacting Export Trade
STRATEGY
* Led project to define a 4 year departement strategy on behalf of VP: objectives and priorities allocated from 2011 to 2015.
* Order to Cash Stream Lead: creation and process design of a new trading partner within Corporate Finance as part of European Supply Chain restructure.
