    Completion of the main due diligences on a targeted UK structured equity fund under direct supervision of an investment director. Close interaction with the fund team to conduct advanced analysis of their portfolio companies

    Market studies on the current private equity industry; with a focus on VC. Preliminary due diligences on VC Healthcare and ICT funds

    Tremblay-en-France 2006 - 2006 Project carried out for the Capacity and Quality of Service Steering Committee, following ADP partial privatization

    Financial analysis and performance improvment:
    Modelling of the airport's passenger terminals operating costs and revenues according to traffic typology and volume. Creation of key indicators to assess each terminal's capacity, quality of service and profitability level

    Project management:
    Direct interaction with the Operational Units and the Finance Department to decide upon the project's milestones and calendar. Set up of a management protocol to gather and analyse the relevant data efficiently. Organization of workshops to present the project progression and the next steps to be implemented

    Strategic planning:
    Analysis of new optimization means for ADP to meet its commercial targets. Use of the model's results during ADP's first post-privatization negociations with its key customers, including Air France.
