● Managed a post product launch project improving the GP line from negative to 35% and delivery time from 20% to 90% on time through design improvements, new suppliers implementation, operation discipline and strong customer emphasis
● Managed extensive market research and financial evaluation for the first phases of 2 international new product development projects, involving business partners global network survey, conjoint analysis & outsourced market analysis
● Defined a 5 years new product development strategic plan through high level competition portfolio analysis and robust resource and financial evaluation
