* Verification of the quality (technical and structural) of the studies and tenders produced by the team;
* Ensuring that the deliverables meet the expectations of the clients;
* Ensuring the consistency between studies/results/recommendations taking into account return of experience and interfaces with other competences;
* Ensuring that deliverables are produced on due time and within the budget;
* Follow-up of the work-load of the team;
* Stimulating the motivation and personal growth of each collaborator;
* Coaching less experienced co-workers;
* Developing internal methodologies/procedures/new tools;
* Point of contact in the HVAC discipline for internal and external clients.

Activities on site and related studies for resolution of operational problems leading to inadequate pressure confinement, temperature problems, with (or without) impact on safety related functions.
Responsibilities:
* Operational assistance to the client for trouble-shooting problems on its installation (walk downs, tests, ...);
* Safety Officer - verifying/challenging the impact of nuclear safety on projects;
* Writing measurement protocols, analysing measurement campaigns and identifying adequate action plans;
* Follow-up of on-site construction and installation works;
* Assistance to the client in his discussions with the safety authorities;
* Defining the functions of power plants ventilation systems and verifying the efficiency of on-site periodical tests;
* Design of systems for new buildings;
* Writing of specifications and tendering documents;
* Budgetary assessment of new systems and components;
* Assessment of HVAC systems of the new generation of nuclear power plants (EPR, AP1000, ATMEA ...);
* Trainings of younger colleagues;
* Participation in the elaboration of ATEX documentation for Electrabel.
