    2010 - 2014 MISSION:
     Preparing full documentation related to the project (Functional and technical requirement, Business case, project plan and business plan etc...)
     Find providers and prioritize following different criteria
     Effectively manage resources used: human, material and financial
     Develop and maintain a network of key contacts in the industry (other companies, suppliers, agencies, etc.)
     Analyze responses of functional and technical requirements from different suppliers
     Select stakeholders from different departments and manage them to realize projects.
     Responsible for managing either a single, large, or several medium/small projects as appointed by the roadmap project of strategic department

     ATM for the distribution of voucher and scratch cards in more than 100 shops

     Development of Handheld Solution for the SFA using Motorola devices (MC65)
     POS solution for the indirect sales channel
     Web Solution for shift planning for more than 700 sales agents.
