  • BNP Paribas - Project manager On Line Channels

    Paris 2012 - maintenant My mission consists of managing several integration projects, it consists of the integration of a multichannel solution for communication, especially for branch phoning. The department is in charge of deploying this solution for BNPP foreign entities (especially Maghreb).
    My role is to manage each project from the validation of business needs and costs, to the opening customer and the assistance for first steps.

    - I manage projects with several different teams, and several geographical localisation.
    - IT team is an external provider, I have to manage their progress.
    - I lead meetings (kick off, project committees, operating committees).
    - I have to validate functionnal specification.
    - I have to test IT's delivery. I use Quality Center.
    - I have to report to the hierarchy the progress of each project.

  • Amundi - Transverse Business Consultant

    Paris 2011 - 2012 In a period of doubt and crisis, my role is to organise the set up of the 2012 budget for all the amundi group. My principal tools are Access/Excel and a good business relationship. I managed to modernise their reporting method, using new thinking and new technical knowledge.

  • Sopra Group - PMO

    Paris 2011 - 2011 PMO on a major Response to Request for Proposal.
    During 3 months I organized the response and the 10 contributors to reach the short deadline. It was a project for several millions euros.

  • BNP Paribas Investment Partner - Business Analyst

    Paris 2008 - 2011 Application responsible for a billing control application for custodian services and Operation and administration services.
    - Application maintenance (SQL Sybase)
    - Management of development and projects (Java, tests quality center)
    - Management of development nearshore team.

  • Mission SGAM (SSII Sopra Group) - TMA - Application maintenance and IT development

    2006 - 2008 Application maintenance and IT development in a strategic project to update a fund referential application (C Language, VB and SQL Oracle)

  • AXA IM (Trainee) - Business Analyst

    2005 - 2006 IT Development of an Access tool for the data control service. The tool's objective is to check anomaly between different data bases, using investment managment rules.

  • Powernext - VB. Net Development (Trainee)

    LYON 2004 - 2004 Creation of a VB.Net application, that collects and displays climate data, and allows to manage subscriptions to a service that sends these climate data to subscribers.
