  2008 - maintenant Mission: mainly the redesign of the information system, participating in the project to upgrade the currently deployed solution (ERP: Microsoft Dynamics) and the establishment of procedures targeting the improving of the analytical reporting side.
  
  I had also participate in the deployment of the strategy defined by the General Directorate, by providing the coordination between the whole different sites and supporting managers to achieve their defined goals.
   
  Therefore I had constantly the job to do regular monitoring of indicators to assess the performance of the group, this doing in collaboration with every manager of the different company sites based on the hole Tunisian territory, thus I had a daily job of updating and achieving the reporting consolidation.
  
  I also collaborate with the financial department in the preparation of budgets and forecast operating accounts, to do so I have to ensure data reliability and consistency
   
  Despite the fact that it offered me an invaluable experience which allowed me to strengthen and improve my computer and management skills, it also provided me the opportunity to apply these skills in a multi-site context.
