Employed by Airbus Deutschland-GmbH. In Hamburg (Germany)
My missions are to define design solutions in order to resolve problems met on the Airbus A380 Assembly Lines. Problems come particularly from Design-Construction due to drawings errors, validities… (DQN, BM, Litige, CR).
Or from production mistakes like miss drills, scratches, dents, volume problems in junction area during the mating of the sections, damages on composite parts... (Concession, BA).
I was in contact with production to solve technical problems and manage the performance of Airbus Germany production for heavy repairs. (Such as new panels installations).
I supported manufacturing team in an effort to increase quality and cost control.
I supported the CIM department to solve eQLB and meet customers as need.
My language skills (French / English / German) were a great advantage to resolve interface issues.
I worked in Saint-Nazaire (France) for AIRBUS-Germany secondment as primary and secondary structure design engineer from September 2004 to April 2011.

Design Engineer “Auxiliary Power Unit Integration” on Airbus Single Aisle programs.

I gave support to solve the primary structure problems met on the Final Assembly Lines of Hamburg and Toulouse (France) on Auxiliary Power Unit section. (A.P.U.)
I was directly in contact with customer technicians and engineers to define best solutions in order to repair the damages on APU section structure (Scratches on structure), repair and engine maintenance (oil leaks; change of pipe, nuts and bolts…)

Design Engineer “Interior Lining” on A380 program.

Integrated in the Design Engineer team of Airbus Germany, we proposed new design definitions to satisfy customer requests and to improve the interior lining.

AIRCABIN GmbH is a subcontractor of Airbus Deutschland GmbH.
I worked in design engineer team of Airbus (Hamburg) secondment. We were directly in contact with production line and manufacturing engineers of Aircabin. We had to adapt and modify the interior design definitions drawings conceived in our Design Offices of Hamburg to be able to manufacture the parts by Aircabin production line.
Then, I integrated the research and development team to conceive and define the mechanical assistance system for Hat-racks closing's.

In design team, we were in charge of development, improvement and definition for the primary structure parts on conical section such as fuselage panel, frame, stringer, cleat, clip, coupling, shear web.
