PARIS

En résumé

Since October 2014 I am working as a Software R&D Manager in the start up Stilla Technologies.

From January to October 2014, I was R&D Project & Product Manager in the medtech Novacyt.

From 2011 to January 2014, I worked as R&D Project Manager in the medtech Mauna Kea Technologies, in Paris.
In 2011, I completed a PhD thesis in medical imaging, on endomicroscopic image retrieval to support the early diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancers. This CIFRE thesis was in collaboration between Mauna Kea Technologies and the research laboratory Asclepios Research Team at INRIA - Sophia Antipolis.

In 2007, I worked at Asclepios as an engineer for one year, on the topology changes module of the SOFA project (Simulation Open Framework Architecture),
which topic is 3D modeling of deformable structures and real-time simulation of surgical procedures.

This first experience reinforced my wish to work in the interface between science and medicine.

In scientific research, my favourite topics are medical imaging, biomathematics, theory of language and topology.

My publications are available at https://www-sop.inria.fr/asclepios/biblio/Author/ANDRE-B.html
