* Customer's first contact together with the Program Manager ;
* Responsible for the specification, conception and quotation of the global system to be
delivered including Servers and Network components for data broadcast, and STB software
integration and acceptance on customer premises
* Responsible for onsite activities with Customer, and technical coordination of the project with
R&D Project Manager.
* I Worked on two years schedule projects and 500 man/day cost ;
* Responsible for E2E system handover to customer support team, including training

* On site integration technical manager for SKY Italia's and Canal+ Belgium's conditional access
swap projects
* Merge of two Italian digital television companies, Tele+ and Stream, and launch of SKY Italia ;

* Launch of several interactive applications for digital television in Italy, Belgium and Hungary
