Blagnac 2012 - 2014Strategic buyer for two commodities (Hydraulic equipments and transmissions systems) for German industrial programs. Consolidated procurement portfolio: € 45 million – 17 Suppliers.
- Hydraulic equipments: Actuations & secondary flight control systems for civil and governmental helicopters programs and actuation systems for airplane doors production (Airbus A380 and Mitsubishi Regional Jet).
- Transmission systems: Main, intermediate and tail gearboxes for civil helicopters programs.
Leading Multi-functional teams (MFT) within the framework of national and trans-national procurement projects, contribute to identify and control needs, challenging and approving the specifications and documentations. Run the suppliers selection processes using procurement procedures and guidelines (Procurement gates) and tools (E-procs). Definition of the contract strategy and preparation of contracts packages using Company’s standard contracts. Ensure the MFT is provided with strategic relevant suppliers inputs to support the strategy development. Contract negotiations and monitoring to signature. Assess suppliers’ performance reviews and implement recovery actions when necessary. Organize supply chain meetings and annual Supplier Evaluation and Developments (SED) with major suppliers. Regular follow-up of the annual development plan with these key bodies and continuous commercial relationship in order to secure end-customers supports and services.
Participation to the definition of trans-national, trans-divisional procurement strategies by requesting benchmark, costing and “make-or-buy” analysis. Monitoring savings linked to management demands, contributing to secure and achieve savings programs commitments. Contribute to Product Sourcing Strategy (PSS).
Ensure commercial & contractual data updates and quality on SAP with data managers. Promote procurement processes & tools and provide internal customers rules, procurement procedures and process information to ensure correct execution of transactional procurement activities.

Result: no tax penalties incurred. In charge of fund raising for R&D activities - Result: € 300K successfully obtained from « OSEO Financing and OSEO Innovation ».
