Since 9 years I'm involved in management of EU R&D projects (focus on FP7, CIP, ERDF for R&D) and following up the EU public policies (regional, research and innovation).

I'm holder of 2 MA diplomas in Political Sciences (University of Krakow and Institut d'Etudes Politqiues de Paris (SC-PO)).
Additionnaly I hold a professional certificate in Business Administration deliverd by Solvay Brussels School.

Technical skills:
- positioning strategies and business development (experience in high level contacts with European Commission, European Parliament and national administrations, contacts with Foreign Investment Agencies in EU countries.

- project management for public and especially private companies ( PI, proposals drafting,negotiations, IPR negotation and management, implementing, evaluation)
- Evaluation and impact assessment of policies, programs and projects ( EU regional, employment, R&D programs and projects)
- Communication- external expert and speaker in seminars, conferences linked with EU funding.
