  Contributes from time-to-time in contractor performance management.
  Works closely with line personnel to ensure that best contracting practices are adhered to.
  Reinforces the importance of HSE and strives to ensure the delivery of exceptional safety performance.
  Seeks to ensure that all personal activity is performed safely and seeks to influence others similarly.
  Develops, maintains and fosters effective business relationships with customer departments.
  Seeks to improve the performance of Supply Chain Management Department in general and the Contracts Team in particular.

   Monitor standards on Drive Right programs within the JV that they meet the JV LTMS.
   - Fit or monitor fitment of DRM to all ISG vehicles including Contractor and Sub Contractor vehicles when required.
   Monitor vehicle and driver standards within the JV control zones.
   Data control on Drivers and vehicles.
   Conduct assessments on level 1 /training on all project drivers covered on all categories of vehicles and correct minor errors. Within drivers skill that don?t meet the standard.
   Conduct Level 2 off road training and desert training where required.
   Conduct refresher training as to the LTMS where required.
   Advisory role to all site location Managers on all related transport matters.
   Advise to site managers on LTMS Policy involvement where violations are committed.
   Control and Audit LTMS procedures.
   Control procedures on new Contractors coming on site and assist within new contracts and tender documents.
   Conduct RTA investigations and reporting.
   Develop and routinely update the transport policy that meets the (DSS) Driving Safety Standards.
   Advise and assist where required check point personnel at all locations on the DOP (Driving on the periphery procedure).
   Conduct random vehicle checks to gain assurance that standards are met.
