various job assignments he systematically enlarged his skills towards this goal. He successfully

projects and lead teams of up to 10 software engineers at different companies: local and
multinationals as well as in start-ups. In 2001 and 2007 he studied at HEC, EPFL and University
of Texas and earned an Executive MBA in Management of Technology (MoT). He applied his

16000 SAP user accounts on over 70 systems without impacting business. Very soon he learned
to develop in ABAP OO, RFC, Workflow, Dynpro and Webdynpro which became his favorite
development tools. He learned on the job with an excellent mentor and took courses at SAP and
achieved two SAP certifications.
He then applied his development skills in a 9 months mission and tuned the performance of HR
and ADAM reconciliation processes at Philip Morris, dwelling into best practices of ABAP
software development, including peer review and off-shore management.
Then, he is working in SAP consulting and implements various solutions, such as SAP GRC AC,
SAP addons such as APM and DSM and develops ABAP programs, workflows, batch-inputs,
