I lead a team of 20 engineers taking care of the monitoring and the achievement of full service leases (recurrent OPEX of €20M annual), and the management of the life cycle costs and heavy maintenance for 330 locomotives (CAPEX €1.5M / loc). Guarantor of ISO and ECM certifications, I design, put in place organisations and manage the maintenance contracts (exploitation and owner) across Europe.

  2009 - 2011 In charge of a portfolio of railway companies and the coaching of their development for tenders in EUROPE, I designed, managed and realised customised bids relative to their needs in terms of ingineering, heavy maintenance, operating and technical maintenance. At the same time, I was maintenance expert, from ``direction du matériel'' (SNCF), for freight Alstom locomotives as well as acquisition of new locomotives freight market.

  2005 - 2009 Pilot production units, deputy Director for all business units (450 peoples, €44M turn over) and responsible for managing anything related to the freight and regional SNCF trains.

  2004 - 2005 In charge of the EMU and DMU, I managed also the activities of network heavy maintenance business units as well as several regional maintenance depot.

• SNCF - Head of heavy maintenance business unit

  2001 - 2004 I led the overhaul activities for the wheel-set and bogies (130 peoples), focused on the realisation of production, the management of the performance, as well as improvement of their price, availability and reliability.
