Production and maintenance of up to date reporting on the characteristics of the various AXA IM fund ranges, including assets under management, net new money, fee levels both in absolute terms, according to various metrics (client type, type of shareclass, etc.) or relative to the industry
Assist in the periodic review of a given range of funds and the preparation of various fund range and board presentations, competitor analysis, fund/ shareclass registration mapping, internal databases and ad-hoc studies on the positioning of our products
Assist in the preparation of various business proposals including changes to investment objectives and guidelines, investment universe, investment instruments, management fee levels, benchmarks, country registration as well as more technical fund and shareclass characteristics
Assist in coordination of various country registration and tax filings
Assist in the management of 3rd party database (Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.) information and communication on AXA IM fund ranges. Leverage external providers contracted for this purpose to insure seamless communicate of accurate and up to date fund information: new fund creation, change of fund manager, corporate action, shareclass creation, country of registration, change of investment policy etc.
