  — International Operations (70 persons / 9 million yearly operations): process reengineering and ISO9002 certification underway => doubled net income in one year;
  — Merger with Crédit Martiniquais: integration of international activities within 6 months.

  1996 - 1999 — Corporate (International Cash Management):
  - developed and commercialized the bank’s treasury and payment centralization product,
  - General Secretary for the “Connector” alliance of 15 European and North American banks;
  — Banking Correspondents (3,500 worldwide):
  - upgraded the correspondent banking product line to a pan-European offer for the Euro introduction,
  - direct sales of correspondent banking products, with a turnover of EUR 10 millions;
  — Merger Natexis / CCBP: consolidation of the correspondent banking product lines, extension and actual sales of Natexis’ international cash management solution to the Banques Populaires Group’s clients.

• NATEXIS Banque - BFCE - Domestic Marketing Deputy Director

  1992 - 1996 — Product Development (securitized payment means, low value international transfers, cash pooling, mutual funds, life in-surance…): analysis, setting up and sales until the product’s standardization;
  — Animation of the domestic commercial network (6,000 medium to large corporate clients):
  - production of internal and external communication means, notably through client seminars,
  - conceived a performance analysis system of branches  redefined their merchandising areas;
  — Marketing studies: created the analysis system of the Bank’s corporate clientele;
  — Merger BFCE / Crédit National: analysis of the corporate clientele and of the integration of the networks.

  1988 - 1991 Constituted the position: administrative management of the mutual funds, animation of Advisory Boards; launching of new mutual funds (from 6 in 88 up to 20 in 91).
