    COURTABOEUF 2009 - 2014 P&L responsibility for the annuity business of the HP Telecom line of business
    Large team distributed in 33 countries
    Achievements:
    - Drove the definition of the Annuity Services portfolio for the HP Telecom line of business; over-achieved vs. growth and profit objectives, delivering double digit growth.
    - Delivered very high service availability (less than 30 seconds downtime per year)
    - Transformed the organization while keeping the Customer Satisfaction Index above 95%, and improving employee engagement by four percentage points.
    - Partially moved Product Support delivery to low cost geographies operating with a 24x7 worldwide team and significantly improving Gross Margin over a period of four years.

    Managing Director for HP France International Competency Centers (this role in addition to previous one, from october 2010):
    4 sites, 2200 people, €5B revenue

    Achievements:
    - Identified opportunities to leverage the local expertise and ecosystem in support of the company strategic pilars: Cloud, Security, Big Data and Mobility

    - Leveraged France’s R&D Tax Credit (Crédit Impôt Recherche) into a competitive advantage for HP R&D investment in France.

    COURTABOEUF 2008 - 2008 Large team in France, USA and india
    Drive the target market transition from products for Network Equipment providers to solutions for Telecom Operators
    Achievements:
    - Shifted the business focus from one segment to the other
    - Spun-off one non-strategic asset to transform large fixed costs into much smaller variable costs.
  • HP - Vice President and General Manager, Service Control platforms, Telecom Software

    COURTABOEUF 2002 - 2007 P&L responsibility for a triple digit (M$) software business
    Achievements:
    - Restructured a portfolio of competing products after the HP/Compaq merger: transformed a large business from money losing to high double digit operating margin over two years while protecting the Customer installed base

    COURTABOEUF 1998 - 2001 Team of several hundreds in France, USA, Canada, UK and India
    R&D strategy, product and project engineering and support for various business units (Telecom Software, Personal Computers)
