Ma fonction consiste a consolider les besoins de l ensemble des sites de productions du Groupe et de mener une strategie achat coherante entre les imperatifs de notre maison mere americaine et les besoins des sites.
Le portefeuille que je gere represente USD 50 millions (certaines familles electriques et hydrauliques)

Les sites de productions sont basés en France, Allemagne,Finlande, US, Bresil.

    Beauvais 2008 - maintenant Strategic Commodity Manager – Tyres-Axles-Engines-hardware-Plastic Spend of $300M
    - Manage EAME strategies between 6 production facilities for strategic components
    - Very closed relationship with engineering and suppliers to insure success of the strategy

    2002 - 2005 Commodity buyer, Electronics/Electrical , spend of $36M, 80% purchased outside of France
    - Negotiations of Long Term Agreement, warranty contracts, cost reductions with suppliers
    - Establishment of site strategy within the AGCO Group
    - Best Cost Countries sourcing, from purchase enquiries thru’ to full logistics cycle
    - Project team work to define exact needs and technologies for future tractor ranges, incorporating productivity plans with suppliers to ensure best pricing with best quality levels
    - Value analysis carried out with engineering to reduce unnecessary costs
    - Cost benchmark analysis with other off road companies (construction)
