As Managing Director my role is to manage, develop and implement the contract, in the most cost effective and time efficient manner. I am responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company and developing business plans for the long term future of the organisation.
I am in charge of creating and setting up the company (SPV), lead, manage and coordinate the project team, negotiate the contract terms and conditions with our client States of Guernsey and it’s representatives.
The project team is composed about 30 senior individuals from different organizations (technical, legal, financial, HR).

As Project Director my role is to manage, develop and implement the contract, in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.Safety is a paramount. The construction contract is a Design and Build, and the works are contracted with a general EPC contractor.

  • SITA Australia - Project Director

    2007 - 2009 Project Director for a Waste Facility – in Sydney Metropolitan area - value 50 m$ for SITA Australia -

    SITA Australia has been awarded in 2007, two major contracts for the treatment of waste at the proposed SAWT facility from Liverpool City Council and Penrith City Council. These contracts commence in the financial year 2008-2009 once the facility becomes operational. The combined amount of municipal solid and green waste to be initially treated at the proposed SAWT facility from both of these councils is expected to be approximately 80,000 tonnes per annum (tpa). Both of the contracts are for a minimum period of ten years and it is expected that the amount of waste from the councils to be treated at the facility will increase to approximately 110,000 tpa over the ten year contract period. This waste is to be supplemented by other waste collected by SITA and its clients.

    2004 - 2007 Head of the business development for North East Asia -covering Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Philipinnes, Hong Kong and Macau - based in Hong Kong for Degremont (water business) activity linked to DB, EPC, D&C, DBO, BOT, BOO projects.
