Obtain and Share all productivities of the process by offering concrete solutions and services to supplier production activities.
Manage and lead workshops on supplier shop floor generating process productivities (process, scrap reduction, capacity improvement, global efficiency – number of operators, lead time,…).
Identify the potential suppliers and built the reservoir based on commodity needs and / or existing opportunities.
Define the rules to share the productivities and gains obtained with the supplier formal agreement. Get with the support of the commodity network the necessary cost transparency to start workshop.
Workshops to launch and manage on supplier shop floor.
Promote and ensure deployment of Valeo production standard tools and support the supplier production systems standardization (QCDM by applying Safety directives, 5S, Zero rework, TPM, Hoshin,…).
