- Responsible for following dealers profitability for 5 brands, visiting dealers and writing reports stressing on failing ratios from profit & loss statement and balance sheet.

- Preparing quarterly financial reports from dealers for SEAT and VOLSKWAGEN LIGHT COMMERCIAL VEHICULES brands.
- Validating forecasts sent by present dealers or by new candidates.
- Verifying that accounting department in dealerships is respecting accounting standards defined by Volkswagen Group France.
- Establishing Portfolio tool which permits by using performance and market attractiveness KPI’s to define which dealers are the priority regarding the development.

- Evaluation and managing the dealers’ risks based on audit of annual and quarterly financial reports from dealers: balance sheet, profit & loss statement and cash flow analysis using profitability, liquidity and debt ratios.
- Implementing the common accounting plan in each dealership, chief accounting advising and checking the right entering into the accounts for each dealer.
- Establishing in each dealership a new ERP system named Refeco for the financial and commercial profit & loss statement analysis by activity: new vehicles, used cars and after sales.
- Creating business plans (balance sheet and in profit & loss statement for period of 4 years) and investment projects with 27 dealers, submitted to general director approval.
- Controlling financial criteria: working capital and financial autonomy which are necessary for signing contracts between Peugeot and potential new dealers.
- Bank guarantees implementation to secure dealers payments towards Peugeot Croatia. Following dealers’ payment and managing their credit lines.
