    Main missions:


    1. Define the EMEA marketing strategy for my games portfolio and develop the required marketing elements:
    - Identify target and marketing mix, based on relevant consumer research and in collaboration with the US and Editorial Marketing teams

    - Develop all creative elements including packaging, TV, print and online advertising
    - Develop the communication strategy in collaboration with the PR Team
    - Define trade marketing plan in collaboration with the Sales Department

    - Maximise online visibility: products websites, viral marketing, community management, CRM, in collaboration with the Online Team and the CRM service



    2. Following up of the marketing strategy implementation with the 18 local subsidiaries 

    - Communication of the marketing strategies, provide information and required marketing tools to enable local subs to develop and implement their plans

    - Coordinate and respond to local marketing needs on a daily basis



    3. Coordinate and motivate the different actors involved both externally and internally:
    - Enhance and maintain relationships with key partners (licensors, first parties, …)

    - Weekly meetings and internal presentation with internal services (PR, Online, BtB…)
