I'm Marketing Manager focused on Southern European markets which include the France, Spain and Italy for the HCM Solutions with a very heavy focus on France on EPM, ERP Cloud and Supply Chain.

My Job and vital role Consite on :
- Creating, implementing and executing integrated global and regional campaigns at all stages of the sales and marketing funnel.
- Build relationships with the Oracle Applications sales teams and work closely with them to align to and support their needs.
- Understand the individual sales territories and their unique circumstances in order to execute initiatives to meet sales objectives in each region.
- Drive awareness and demand, provide the sales tools, campaigns, events, and targeting assistance needed to help the sales team prospect effectively and accelerate their pipeline.

Leverage, create, implement and execute regional marketing plans, programs and campaigns designed to create awareness and preference for Oracle Marketing Cloud generate leads, build sales pipeline and accelerate opportunities for both the MSE and Enterprise field sales organisations in France, Spain and Italy.



This includes the following:

- Managing top of funnel demand generation programs to drive MQLs through outbound and inbound marketing channels such as email, paid search and display advertising as well as guaranteed demand generation programs with 3rd party vendors, and social media channels

- Fostering close relationships with tele-prospecting group (BDRs) to improve MQL to SAL conversion rates

- Analysing and assessing territory-specific target accounts and lead flow data to diagnose specific areas of focus and prioritise field campaigns to accelerate opportunity development to help close deals

- Providing support through sales tools, training and market expertise to the sales force to ensure their ability to consultatively sell solutions

- Understanding complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and services purchases in enterprise accounts

- Communicating with the sales teams to gain feedback, buy-in, understanding and participation in local marketing programs

- Selecting and managing local events targeting the marketing buyer. Events should optimise branding opportunities as well as generating MQLs for local sales teams

- Working with account directors to create upsell and cross sell demand generation programs to build pipeline and revenue

- Working with PR, Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Creative Services, Content marketing and the Web team and/or agencies in the execution of marketing plans

- Manage translation of all marketing channel assets as required including web site, social text, emails, web banners, call-to-action assets and sales enablement content

- Be the voice of the marketing buyer and marketing cloud applications for internal teams

- Managing local partner marketing activities as required from time to time

- Fostering and leveraging customer advocacy as part of marketing campaigns and events
