En résumé

Tunisian engineer, from the National Engineering School of Tunis, during my career, which began in 2005, I have been a member in several projects in the automotive Industry (multinational company) . I have started my professional experience with Robert Bosch company as production supervisor on new assembly lines, designed according to the Lean line design concept ,during this experience i have achieved lot of training in Tunisia and also in France in Normandy Bosch training center

In 2007 I have been a member in one of the largest automobile company in Tunisia LEONI wiring system ,my mission was to ensure the satisfaction of our customers in terms of cost and quality in my production unit as head of cutting room
From 2009, with the same company LEONI I have participated with a new team,in MFA project with the Business Unit Mercedes Benz my mission was to build the cutting unit.

From 2013 I am a member of central IM team in Leoni as expert in network cutting room and consultant in executing manufacturing system, for the north Africa production plant: Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt.

  • LEONI - CHEF SEGMENT DECOUPAGE

    2007 - 2013 My first responsibility that i have taken in LEONI was a segment leader in Supplier international Business unit ,our main target on the starting of this Business to transfer a production unit for automotive harnesses manufacturing from Slovakia, our customer for this project: Continental, Marquardt, Mekra lang, Simens ... My Mission consist to Manage a cutting Room unit equipment Installation, personnel recruitment and training. After this experience i had the opportunity to belong also as Segment leader to another team for a new project and new challenges with biggest project never made before in LEONI “MFA project” "Motor front wheel Architecture" The first JIT project for the business unit Mercedes Benz, also my Mission is to provide our project planning in terms of recruitment , capacity studies and the installation of equipment throughout the project phases within the segment that I manage with an indirect staff and a total of150 employes , so I make sure to accompany my team every day to achieve the targets set by the companies in terms of quality, cost and delay, but also to oversee a policy of continuous improvement
