As Responsible for the Documentation and Customer Service within the Ops Department. My job is to prepare all the Documentation related to the vessel’s Call to Tangier Med port by coordinating between the Vessel’s Master, Terminal, Port Authority… and my responsibilities include dealing with the customer requests by overseeing that all operations are working in the appropriate best standards between the concerned parties.
Graduated from the National School of Applied Sciences of Tetuan (ENSAT), an operational Logistical Engineer (BAC+5), certified internationally by The Leader Group of the Shipping Industry APM Terminals on Yellow Belt Level of Process Excellence (PEX). Doted with:
