Preparation of ITP Inspection test Plan & Exercising adequate Quality controls within the Project to meet objectives of ITP.
Technical Knowledge for PQP(Project Quality Plan) and QCP (Quality Control Procedure).
Technical Knowledge for Specification of Project .
Preparation Method statement regarding Civil ,Building also for hydro test of Plumbing & Piping HDPE Underground for Potable water& Irrigation water & Fire water, carry out inspections of the lines prior to testing, witness tests and validate Post Re- instatement of the systems.
Technical Knowledge NCRs Non conforms control report subject to quality requirements & Standards and advising for corrective actions.
Technical Knowledge for DSRs Daily surveillance Report subject to quality requirements & Standards and advising for corrective actions
Familiar with ASTM, EUROCODE,RPA codes.
Full understanding of different methods and their application of concrete and Steel & Building and inspection.
Preparation of PCS Project completion system method and Handover for Civil & steel &building as per project specifications.
Ensure that all construction activities conform to the construction Codes, Specifications, Standards reports and review final QA/QC dossiers.
