Winners ‘group was founded by Brigitte Charrière, a longtime member of the travel industry with a reputation for understanding the interests and requirements of sophisticated travelers.

A Parisian native, Brigitte graduated with honors in Tourism studies. She then started a successful career in Paris. Driven by her sense of organization and spirit of initiative, she ran her first travel agency and created an incentive department. Thanks to her pioneering mentality, she enjoyed success immediately.
During 8 years, French leading oil, gas, industrial… companies entrusted her with organizing their international conventions and incentive trips all over the world. She’s explored the globe while developing her passion for photography, fashion, art, architecture and design, but also gastronomy!

When she moved to Lyon to get married and start a family, her passion for travel remained intact.
Supported by her husband, she founded in 1994 her own company. Winners’ group was born!
With 5 travel agencies aimed to Individual customers and a MICE department named “Winners Voyages & Incentive”, Brigitte’s extensive travel experience is definitively recognized.
Her know-how and utmost attention to details are highly appreciated.
As more and more members of Executive committees required her services for their own holidays, Brigitte decided to devote her full-time efforts to creating a new department, “The Exceptions”, specialized in what she knows best: tailor-made and luxury travel for highly discerning clients.

Once again, this decision has been successful. From now on “The Exceptions” is both dedicated to French customers but also to International travelers who highly appreciate this personalized approach.

With over 30 years of experience, Brigitte Charrière is a noted travel industry leader.
She is frequently interviewed in France and abroad as an expert on the luxury market and she is an active member of major French tourism organizations (Atout France, Rhône Alpes Tourism Promotion Office…).
