- Customs and Transport Management :
• Monitor customs and transport regulations.
• Manage customs training for customs declarant (customs déclarations Import/Export, particular regimes, Transit, AEO, New customs Code, Initiation (Customs Tariff, Origins, Value), Excises duties, etc...
• Participate in authorities meetings and firm association meetings (DGDDI, TLF, ODASCE)
• Follow economics regimes, import-export customs procedures, goods classification, AEO process, customs convention, customs agreement, centralize clearence and customs power of attorney.
- Project Management :
• Manage customs and transport project (organisation, planning, steeling committee, pre startup recipe, solutions, budget following, gap identification).
• Install and set Akanea customs and transport solution at customers.
• Train customers to use akanea solution with Delta and internal software.
• Develop and adapt akanea solution to regulation, customers’ needs and customs authorities IT (prodouane, Gamma, ECS, ICS, Delta C, D, X & G, NSTI).
• Communicate with R&D, commercial team, administrative team and customs.
- Business development :
• Offer and sell new customs and transport solutions to customers.
• Participate in customs and transport exhibitions.

- Customs specialist : DSV, Panalpina, Balguerie, UPS, Seafrigo, Challenge, Prolog, etc...
- Industrial & commercial : Nestle, Nutriset, Timet Savoie, Figeac Aero, Leclec, Carrefour, Airbus, Taittinger, Geogaz, CIRT (traditional Rhum), etc..

Missions :
- Project Management:
• Analysed customs process of Balkans Zone for installation of Decathlon.
10 countries studied example: Ukraine, Macedonia, Belarus, Monténégro, Serbia...
• Managed the exchange of Munitions between France, Spain, Portugal, Italy
and followed agreement licences with quotas.
• Communicated and developed with European team strategic logistics project:
1/ Helped to establish the AEO certificate in Italy (Supported the project leader on the organisation and the method to realise this project, got the hierarchy’s approval). Obtained in 1 year.
2/ Implemented auto-liquidation of VAT system in France and Spain in order to postpone the VAT payment until the quarterly declaration.
3/ Ran the end-use customs authorisation for Decathlon bicycle industry in Italy, France, Portugal, and Romania. Managed several meetings with factories, financial teams, customs team, customs authorities, broker agents and European Commission. Results: 5 millions € saved.
4/ Opened a new transport process (VAQ Air) in France and Belguim to clear goods directly in the forwarder agent office to avoid transit procedure. Results: 300 000 € saved.
5/ Established transport and customs contracts for logistics services.
6/ Managed Centralized Clearence (Added new clearence place)
- Animation of 6 European Transport and Customs team :
• Realised diagnosis to analyse Risks and find improvements
• Accompanied teams in weekly operations: analysed regulation, advised
on the customs processes and during litigations.
- Corporate Trainer :
• Managed Transport, Logistics and Customs trainings for new comers.
• Organised trainings for counterfeiting actions to authorities.
- Customs Management :
