    Paris 2012 - 2012 In charge of defining Estée Lauder and Tom Ford Beauty EMEA marketing strategy, following up its implementation, and analyzing results in the 19 countries of the region
     Follow-up of the brand activity (sell-in and sell-out results), competition review (NPD reports, European Forecasts), definition of priorities in the marketing calendar
     Makeup category and Tom Ford Brand support
     Collaboration with product development teams to develop specific products for EMEA
     Digital consumer engagement: follow up of digital assets development, elaboration of the digital strategy for the region, and analysis of the results in terms of recruitment and loyalty enhancement.
     Participation in building strategic business cases for the brand mid-term development
